How to get started

Everything starts with a conversation. We'll talk about your property, how your household or business actually uses power, and what you're hoping to get out of a system, whether that's a smaller bill, backup through blackouts, or getting set up for an EV. Nothing gets recommended until we understand how you use energy first.

From there we design a system to suit what we've learned and put it in front of you as a clear proposal. It lays out the equipment, what we expect you'll save, the rebates and finance you're eligible for, and the total cost. No vague ranges, no hidden extras, just the real numbers so you can make a real decision.

Once you're happy to go ahead, the paperwork is on us. Network approvals, rebate applications, finance applications, and any registrations that need doing, we take care of all of it. It's the part people dread, and it's the part you can hand straight to us.

When approvals come through we book a date that works for you. Every install is done by our own licensed electricians, to a proper standard, with no subcontractors doing the work on our behalf. The people who designed your system are the ones putting it on your roof.

After it's installed we test and commission the system properly, get your monitoring connected, and walk you through how it all works before we call the job done. You'll know how to read your generation, check your usage, and get the most out of what you've had installed.

The relationship doesn't stop at handover. If you've got a question about your monitoring, want to understand your bills, or you're thinking about adding a battery down the track, we're still here. You bought a system from the people who installed it, not a sales team you'll never hear from again.
